I donno how the Muslim's 15 seats will get divided. In the old government (with 12 seats) it was as follows:
5 Shiites
5 Sunnites
2 Druze

if they will make it 6-6-3.
Then I guess the opposition's share will be as follows:
11 = 5 Christians + 5 Shiites + 1 Druze
February 14 share:
16 = 7 Christians + 6 Sunnite + 2 Druze + 1 Shiite
President's share:
3 Christians

or instead of 1 Druze in opposition's share, they can get 1 Sunnite and Feb 14 will get 3 Druze.
